Hannah's Southern Bistro - Lima

I loved this place, food was amazing. Why are they closed ??

I have tried to order food from this restaurant multiple times and have yet to be successful. Three separate trips and I am yet to be able to order what I showed up for, or they have been closed early. It seems like they have good food, just a poorly run business.

This place is rediculous. First time trying this place and I wont be back. I called in my order and whoever took my order was rude. Said my order would be ready in 25 to 30 min. Got there to pick it up and I had to ring the bell 3 times in 15 min before I got acknowledged. Then waited another 10 min til they came to the register so I could pay. After all of that the food still wasn't done and spent another 15 min for the food to be done.

Person who took my order was rude to start with. went to pick up my food and rang the bell 3 times. after the third time I finally got acknowledged. terrible service. said my order would he ready in 25 to 30 min. I waited an hour for my order.

A bit pricey for what you get they only had two pops to pick from there was no ice for the pop machine we ordered brisket nachos thT was mainly Chips hardly any meat also order cowboy steak with fries which was about 15 fries an a small sandwich an order a burger which was about the size hockey puck
