High Steaks - Lincoln

We had a wonderful primerib dinner. The service is 5 stars! Nice warm atmosphere. My husband's birthday our waitress was very nice made his birthday a nicer for him??? Thank you?

Wow, wowsers! I can't stress how appreciative I am with the level of service received in this Steakhouse at Thunder Valley Resort and Casino. I was both surprised and withdrawn, how attentive, knowledgeable and wonderful the service was. We sang there for a birthday and we were all satisfied with everything from appetizers to the most important courses. Thanks for stopping at our table to sing in Italian Stephen! Lance, our server was great and attentive during our food service. My niece loved being pampered every minute and having the spotlight on her. We appreciate all who go beyond and beyond to make the night special for them and our family.

That was our second time that we were dinning here within a month. We had reservations. We were sitting between two big parties. Besides the noise, our waiter seemed to be overwhelmed with everything. Our steaks were overcooked (we have rarely asked for medium), the asparagus was stringy, the Mac cheese was very salty overcooked. The waiter never returned with my straw I asked from the beginning. For the price we paid, the quality of the service we received was not worth it. I know it was Saturday night there was a concert, but your customers should always be top-notch service. We are very disappointed and will not return.

Gage is the best waiter ever!!!! So personable and attentive?.best experience here at High Steaks 100! We also want to shout out Luis who helped to make this a fantastic experience! And it was a pleasure to meet Stephen who ensured that our entire experience was cut off

It was my first time trying here and I was a bit disappointed with the steak. It wasn't cooked very well and was very bland, no salt no flavor whatsoever. However, I did enjoy the lobster and the staff was extremely friendly which is why I gave 3-stars.
