Feedback gevenMy family loves W&R's food and go there often. We may not continue due to their new electronic order taking and paying. It is slow and annoying.
Place was about a 1/4 full but got seated in the farthest back corner by the bathrooms. I was assuming we got sat there because a bunch of the tables still had dishes from past people and the floor didnt look like it had been swept in a week. I had counted 5 servers and a host but no one came to take our order for about 5 minutes. At one point 4 of them were hanging out in the women's restroom.Food came out quick though. We ordered cajun dry rub and garlic parmesan. Got mild with maybe some parmesan on it. Told them we got the wrong wings and they said no that's garlic parmesan....(pic included). I've had the garlic parmesan from here before, they never looked anything like these. They got a drink wrong but quickly replaced it.At one point one of the servers sat at a booth for about 5 minutes and swept under 1 table. Not all the tables or even all the tables in the section, just a 2 person table.The whole time we were there, the dirty taes never got cleaned. Just sat there dirty. As people left their tables never got cleaned either.I use to like coming to this place but until the get their act together or someone to manage and hold people accountable, I won't be back.
The chicken sandwich was ok. not fantastic, but good. the prices were quite average. as with most places they seemed desperate for the staff. I would eat there again.
Made and delivered 130 meals over two days, back-to-back, with short notice both days! Delivery was on-time both days. Food was great. Very easy to work with. Appreciated them so very much for providing such great service.
Way too muchoney for 20 wings that had so little seasoning we could not even tell there was anything on them. The coleslaw was warm ? will not be going back ?
