Long John Silver's - Lincoln Park

The fish was so fresh and the onion rings were seasoned for perfection. I told the cashiers that you were for a perfect meal. They were gracious, friendly, brought my food to my table and apologised to wait for customers waiting for their food for more than 3 min (inside drive-thru). Excellent culinary experience.

Best roasted seafood in town. I've never heard an order I made on several other fast food joints. They always treated me kindly and are always very polite. I know that they appreciate the fact that they go over the menu when you go in the drive thru and are very patient with him, I was at other fast food sites where they are not so kind when they have to go through the menu with you, and just try to press you a long one. Long John Silver never did this to me.

The food here is good. The service is questionable. Giggling, laughing from the staff as you try to order your food through the Intercom/Sprecher (This obviously needs repair). Perhaps professionalism expects to ask too much of the current generation. You're the judge. However, the family liked the food. Seafood broke the monotony.

Ever since this gentleman with a piercing in his nose, started working at the Allen park location, the food is super hot and delicious! He's always kind, caring and extremely helpful. It's very hard to find great people like that. And I am extremely grateful that they fixed the bell again, (ring for great service bell) I always ring it as I leave. Great food, great staff, what's not to love.
