Space Bars Gelato - Lismore

This restaurant serves delicious handmade ice cream, or perhaps it's called gelato? I'm not sure of the difference, but I do know it tastes amazing. The ice cream flavors are made from natural ingredients, with options like vegan pineapple and honey. We tried the vanilla ice cream, made with cashews, which had a rich coffee-like flavor, and the blueberry ice cream was absolutely incredible. These desserts will have you running back all summer long.

I have tried multiple gelatos at the Lismore Car Boot Market and enjoyed them. It is entertaining to watch the preparation of your order, especially with the liquid nitrogen evaporating into the air creating mystical clouds. The vegan options are delicious and satisfying.

They are guided by a vegan family, they make all their own gelato and also sell goodies from flour of life bakery, decadent handmade chocolates and other vegan tasty. it is worth checking at least 3 times, we go at least weekly.
