Feedback gevenThe theatre itself is very clean and professional. I didn't try the food that night. The sound quality of the film was good. The picture itself had a yellow toe for everything. Sand of contrast seemed to be gone. It was very distracting. I was in theater number 3. I don't know if it's a problem with the screen or ten of them. The seats were nice, I'm sure if I had ordered food, the leaks would have been useful.
Staff were nice Enjoy the experience with seating and all this. The food was grounded. Orders pulled pork and got a simple burger with barbecue sauce. Service was really slow and they were not busy. The burger was good, but not what I ordered. Could?
Great location. Very clean. Small selection of slightly dated films, thanks to a lot of pandemic. Prices were cheaper than other film houses. Good dining and concession menu. Oh, and how about BIG JENGA? Very good staff. Cool place. The movie was good too.
I? ve went into film Tavern several times, but only a few since the new changes. On 8/20 I ordered wings online, which allows you to order 2 flavors. They brought our food and when I started eating, I realized it only a taste, so I called one of the servers back when they went by to let them know and they tried to take my food to fix it. I had already put my hand in it, so I said I didn't just bring the few wings of the other taste. She comes back and says she has to take away all my food (after I starved and already began to eat) to correct it. I said this doesn't make sense to bring me what was gone, and she said she can't, unless she takes all the wings because I had too much on my order. I said this is not my fault you can see on your entrance that I order 2 different flavors. She still refused according to her manager's instructions. Then I give her my partially eaten wings and sit there without food for 20 minutes while they repair more. She brings the basket back from the wings I've already eaten, but this time they left the extra carrots and celery I bought. I went back there and they led me to a young lady who was the other manager, and I explained to her how ridiculous this process was and then leaving only part of my food from the sides. I asked them what they did with the other food, because I sat hungry in my seat and she said they threw it away. - What are you doing? Can I? ve has eaten all the time and you throw away the food instead of going with me. I told her I wanted a refund because I appreciate what you are. I don't take my food away for another time while you make a new one. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Also
The building was nice. The screen was nice. The sound was good. The chairs and tables were worn down; buttons removed so you can't call a server to your seat for food or drinks. The app was ridiculously uncompatible for ordering food in that we could not add extra drinks. It expected you to order separately for each seat rather than ordering our food together and only paying once. And, we had to keep re-entering the card number in the dark. The Food was ok. Servers brought food that needed plastic-ware but did not bring it. So, my husband has to get up and miss part of the movie bc of that and it was irritating. Too, my burger didn't have one drop of sauce and they only sent out 2 packets of ketchup. This is VERY irritating. We will probably go to another theater in hopes that common sense is more common.
