Pizza Hut - Little Rock

Terrible service. Never been treated so badly. He kept us waiting while the employees had conversations between themselves to take our order. Pay when you enter the door. Had to ask for plates from which they eat. Give small plastic-Kiddie cups to drink. Had to be against silver goods. Then they were plastic forks. Sauce for bread sticks was cold. I've eaten in many pizza huts in the south and that's the worst I've ever seen.

I'll never spend my money here again. Or some pizza hat. I forgot to publish my review well over 3 weeks ago. I ordered a meat lover to add large thin crust jalapenos. Well, the delivery guy brings pizza and what do you know? It was a large thin crust with only sauce, cheese, jalapenos. No meat! Seriously, no! When I called to let them know that my order was wrong, the lady on the phone said that you did not order meat lovers, you ordered a large thin crust with jalapenos. No, I told her that what the computer ordered for me. Shouldn't they call to confirm the order?? I never received a call from them to make sure that the order was correct. Lady kept fighting with me about the order, so I asked her if they could correct it and send me what I ordered, what a LARGE THIN CRUST MEAT LOVERS WITH GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE, ADD JALAPENOS was, so I think I really crippled her feathers because she told me Oh, okay, I'll be there in a minute, then I'll be there... I called back and spoke to a man who claimed he was the manager. He was very polite and listened to me instead of being a hooded crat because there was no better word. I even contacted companies and never heard of them again. If you order online from Pizza Hut in future, please call it to confirm that the order is correct. You never get my money again. And by the way, this hoodrate never showed up on the phone. She would have landed in prison the night. You didn't scare my order, then I threatened to come to my apartment.

Pizza was good, but in the car wait for a long time for a call to a personal pan.

It took 2 hours to get our pizza. It was a filled crust pepperoni and we ordered at 8:15 on Tuesday, good from busy hours. I called about 1 hour and 45 minutes and they said it was for delivery. It arrived 40 minutes later and was cold and terrible. I've never checked anything before, but that upset me pretty badly. Management must take care of it.

Order pizza online to pick up at about 9 a.m. on a Saturday evening and wait in the car thru with several other vehicles for more than 30 minutes, not including the 10 minutes it took me to drive here. I didn't know the inside was closing early, but that should make the ride easier. Never again.
