Dunkin' - Littleton

It's Dunkin', so the food is always enjoyable. The staff are incredibly friendly as well. Overall rating: 5/5 for the food!

I was sadly disappointed by my visit to Dunkin'. I tried to order inside, but the staff informed me that they were only serving at the drive-thru, even though the lobby was open and there was someone at the counter. I decided to use the drive-thru instead, but the wait time was terrible, and my order ended up being wrong. All I wanted was a dozen donuts. What a bummer. Food rating: 3/5.

The manager who handled my order was quite unprofessional. When I inquired about a product, she seemed to dismiss me and rushed everyone out, claiming she was too busy multitasking. This kind of behavior is a great way to lose customers. I was really taken aback by her conduct.

If I could give zero, I would. order dozens donuts, got home they were stale and frosting not existent as they are day after day fresh. I was told about the hope that she was manager, and the next time I came in, she would be fresh. I said I'll bring donuts back and get my money back and go somewhere else. with donuts they only reimbursed me half the dozen donuts. what rudely said there was no administration in the service and I knew what was hoped when she admired all the time when I asked for names of the owner, I was told to look up. had never been so rude. nasty customer service in my life.

Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of beverage options and I didn't expect that. Consistently clean and the good Dunkin donuts we all enjoy occasionally.
