Elevation Lvk - Livermore

My husband and I frequently visit this restaurant for dinner, drinks, and live music. It’s one of our favorite spots to bring friends who also appreciate the ambiance. The service is excellent, the music is enjoyable, and the food is delicious, creating a wonderful overall experience. This place will continue to be one of our top choices. - Nancy

A unique experience for anyone seeking an escape from typical downtown dining. The service was excellent, and the food, including the desserts and drinks, was delightful. I will definitely return to enjoy the atmosphere and watch some planes.

The drinks were pricey—we spent $50 on three drinks, and mine tasted solely like gin without any other identifiable flavor. As for the food, it was just okay. To be honest, it was merely average. I can find better dining experiences for less money elsewhere. I was hoping for more elevated dishes given the price, but that expectation was not met. Overall, I’m glad we tried this place, but the experience was pretty underwhelming. I ended up paying too much for an average outing.

Asked to have a entree removed from my check and appetizers boxed due to a band that started playing inside 10 minutes after we got there(which was absolutely horrendous). Server proceeded to say they aren't going to remove the dish off my check because they have already started cooking it(ended up taking over 30 minutes for appetizers so we've already been staying longer than we wanted). We got a margarita pitcher that was 40 bucks, server forgot we ordered strawberry so she poured our drinks back in the pitcher took it back and poured a strawberry mix in there LOL. Overall, not necessarily a good place to take kids, service was terrible and there were only 3 total tables including us(this was a Friday night). A kids cheeseburger/2 apps/marg pitcher was a total of 100 dollars even AFTER they finally decided to remove my entree from my check. Complete waste of time and money, wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business sooner than later.

Great location with a cool patio, the live music was awesome. Our server was really nice and attentive. The food was....terrible. Our appetizer (spinach artichoke dip) took forever to arrive and was room temp. It had decent flavor at least. I ordered the “gourmet truffle risotto” and it was the worst risotto I've ever had. It was weirdly dry with no flavor, just mushrooms on top. My husband ordered the ribeye, which was over cooked and not a quality piece of meat at all. The sides (garlic bread for me, mashed potatoes and vegetables for him) were bland as well. And everything was room temp or cooler when served. Overall a huge letdown and we will likely not return and cannot recommend.
