Not a bad little place! Went during the week on a date and the music was just the right level for conversation. Good tunes too. Staff seem nice and they have a good range of gins and tonics to go with. £19ish for two double gins is too expensive to go more than once in a blue moon, but that's Liverpool these days for you and they do have drink offers during the week if you're into the pink gin. Would have been the same prices in any other bar in Castle Street but wouldnt have chosen anywhere else. Good little spot. Stayed for one drink as was a weeknight. Thank you :
This place is fantastic! Danielle and Adam are amazing—very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Danielle taught me how to make a pornstar martini with rhubarb-infused gin, which was perfect for our cousin's 25th birthday lunch in July. I'll be visiting Liverpool as often as I can to see my son, and every time, I'm eager to enjoy a few drinks in this wonderful gin bar. Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone!
Brill Square offers a fantastic atmosphere, with a knowledgeable staff and an impressive selection of over 50 different gins, along with a variety of cool beers and cocktails. The music adds to the vibrant ambiance, making it a delightful spot to enjoy.
If you enjoy gin, this place is a must-visit. The atmosphere is lovely and the selection is impressive.
