I always order online and every time I go to get my sub, they didn't even start with it. they always say they're sorry and they got the ticket no matter how long it was. almost every time the subs are wrong. I just missed a sub that misses the cheese and still missing a missing topping. the manager is a sweat. his hired man asked if the cheese was out, and he said he thought he saw it, but he didn't know. this manager stood there, did nothing and wanted to get the cheese so that the sandwich manufacturer could make the food. they had 4 employees, including the manager, and could still do nothing right. By the way, there was only one person in the load when I came in.
Went in to try the new Subway menu, the store is fairly new and clearly the staff haven't finish set up the shop yet. However, I was surprised at their speed of services and I was able to quickly order and got my two sandwiches even though there were another customer when I arrived. Will definitely visit them again.
The company policy for subway is a weird situation. You buy a footlong sub that's let's say a BMT. But you get two different breads. Well that doesn't count as a footlong sub. Because of the different breads. So then your charged 2.64 more because of the different breads. How dumb is this policy? And too make matters worse the employees. Two different employees treat this situation totally different. Hey Mr. Manager even after my phone call with you I still think this policy incredibly stupid. And all it really is a cash grab on Subways part. I'll eat in the future any Subway but yours!
Haven't had Subway in ages. Well, the manager at this place made me a sub today that was probably the best I've ever had at a fast food place. He even got me some shredded mozzarella from the fridge. Amazing!
Nice employees! 3 of the 5 actually will speak kindly to the ppl. 2 of the others say nothing but basically hope you will tell them what you want!
