Burger King - Loanhead

So says open till 10:30pm on Google, actually shuts at 9pm and you can't sit in after 8pm, what's the point in being open to tell customers they can't sit in a restaurant.....worlds going **** barmy, really disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Orders not being done, double orders for some. No ticket out for my order, 3 complaints in the time i waited for my order. By far the worst BK I've been in. Entered restaurant just before 20.00. Staff were all polite and friendly. There was a mix up with my order but was resolved in a professional manner and left feeling like a valued customer. Delicious food ready for takeaway. The staff are friendly, and everything is always freshly prepared.
