Great ice-cream parlor. So many good and tasty varieties of ice-cream.

Usually when I come here it's fine. But my recent experience was not. I ordered a cake 4 days prior from pick-up and when we went to pick it up it “wasn't there”. We had all the receipts for proof. We ended up getting a cake. But it still wasn't exactly what I wanted.

I had a problem thru postmates and the manager from here actually reached out personally to apologize and it was postmates fault for not having the accurate menu. Great ice cream and great service, I've gone in personally before having an issue thru Postmates and my service has ALWAYS been great.

The freezers were broken and the ice cream was a melted puddle in the display case and they were still trying to sell it. Then when o asked if they had a flavor the worker just stared off into space and after a good 10 seconds said I don't know and walked away from us. My wife and I and my son left.

I don't understand how scooping ice cream is so hard. Maybe their eyebrows are making them deaf. 3 times in a row the wrong order from the same person. What is so difficult. 2 scoops 1 cup chocolate and mint chocolate chip. No other place gets it wrong.
