I think during the pandemic it is a little challenging to serve people on another wise, then they got used to it, but they were on top of it. manager james was his name tag safe with any table they are okay, he is a beautiful person and very professional. I'm sorry that they sometimes deal with people who don't want to understand the new system because of pandemic, but insugges for them to go somewhere else, then they give hard time for the staff who work hard and try to make sure everything is big
Service was around all the time. The food was great but the forgot our olives which I remembered as we were leaving so took it as a take away. We wanted to coffee but looked over at where the coffee machine was and it had cleaning bottles and clothes on the counted and a black plastic kettle with a nescafe jar that didnt look very inviting to have in a restaurant.
Been coming here over 15 years and I don't think the standard has dropped in that time. Staff are genuinely approachable and helpful. You're rarely not waiting too long for the food.
Nando's used to be a regular part of my diet when I first moved to London, but it had been many years since I last tried it. So, when I found myself near Elephant and Castle, I decided it was time to revisit. The menu hasn’t changed much, and although there was no line, it was moderately busy. I placed my order and, within just a few minutes, my take-away was ready. The lemon and herb chicken is absolutely delicious, and a quarter chicken is a decent portion for one. The Rainbow Slaw felt both fresh and nutritious, and the peri-peri chips are an indulgence that's definitely worth it. Overall, a delightful experience!
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has friendly staff. The food is as excellent as always, and my favorite dish is the lemon chicken!
