The restaurant has undergone a new renovation since the last time I visited London five or ten years ago.

I had the pleasure of meeting a kind individual who helped me have the perfect perfume shopping experience. As a first-time buyer, I took my time selecting the most suitable fragrance and he was patient and offered tips to enhance my experience. I believe he is the best among all the staff at the store. I recommend seeking him out as he has excellent knowledge about the products. Overall, the visit was worth it mainly because of his exceptional service.

Was looking for WHsmith.. no sign of it.. Their books are limited to magazines and short stories in lower ground and fourth floor for kids..

Always was my favourite store but in recent years the quality of customer service became shockingly poor. Too many rude and unhelpful assistants who didn’t know their products and treated customers like an unwanted interruption to chats about their social life with colleagues. HOWEVER… this visit was much better, more engaging and pleasant employees in each department we visited(other than the apathetic team in Diesel) things feel much more friendly again!
