Feedback gevenMy friends and I went to celebrate my friend's 40th birthday at this restaurant as a group of four. I was surprised to find that the service was extremely poor, especially since I had dined at their sister restaurants before. I arrived late, but even after an hour, my friends had not even been asked for their food orders. I ordered the lobster linguine, which came with a hair in it. They brought me another portion without much of an apology, but I was unsure if it was fresh or just the original dish with the hair removed. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will advise all my foodie friends to avoid it as well. The £40 service charge was absolutely unacceptable.
I dined at this restaurant tonight with two friends and we were very disappointed. The food was comparable to a McChicken sandwich and fries. The cocktails were bland, and the rocket salad only consisted of rocket leaves. There was no music playing, creating a dull atmosphere. I would not recommend this place and believe it needs new management as soon as possible.
The service at this restaurant is fantastic, and the crowd is great. I occasionally visit due to my power wheelchair and the few front steps, so I always call ahead to request male staff assistance in carrying me and my wheelchair to the ground level. The staff always handles this task professionally and with kindness. Additionally, they arrange for my party to dine on the ground level so we do not have to worry about navigating stairs. I love the atmosphere, food, and drinks at this restaurant, but the service always stands out as a perfect 10, no matter what year or time I visit.
This once hip and creative venue has now sunk into apathy. The food was even worse than a budget airline, the staff in attentive and the décor tired. A sad demise of a once great place.
I been at San Lorenzo last mount and I enjoyed a lot! The food was amazing and the service from the Spanish waiter Alvaro was wonderful! We’ll back soon :
