I really liked the béres tokaji aszú 5 puttonyos. I recommend it to desserts. foodfood is very tasty. I am not biased about the restaurant, but I really have to say that eating and the ingredients they use to cook are really good qualities. they really feel the fresh ingredients. the best thing was the bark stew with homemade noodles, called ‘nokedli’. the nokedli was so soft, simply melted in my mouth. my grandmother is doing this. the pancakes were very good, the best in my life. very soft and airy, very light with various homemade fillings, such as cottage cheese, chocolate, apricots. not so much! a unique thing at this restaurant that they serve the food on unique handmade ceramics. you can buy a few if you like them. service and personal the service is very good, the personal is linguistic. Here you can enjoy the excellent Hungarian food and wine experience. You can find more information in my YouTube channel.
I wait, back to budapest (dentist), it has been for 2 years since I last visited and missed some great winter food and had been reliably informed by my dental surgeon about this place. I was not disappointed as soon as I ordered the drinks and didn't arrive long after eating, really authentic. the eating was excellent, the personal could not do enough for them and the ambiente was perfect.
We recently made a reservation for a special live event featuring Hungarian folk music at this restaurant. We had a fantastic time! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, the traditional Hungarian cuisine was delicious, and the service was excellent. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you.
I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was delicious, especially the goulash which was like heaven in a bowl. The decoration of the restaurant was so lovingly done, it impressed me. You can see the care and attention put into every product in this space. Additionally, all the plates, crockery, and beautiful ceramics inside were made by the owner who also offers lessons. This place is a must-visit for foodies and anyone who appreciates beautifully handmade ceramics.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was rustic and cozy, with dim lights and beams throughout. I loved the abundance of plants in the space. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially in recommending an orange wine that we all enjoyed. Overall, we had a great meal with three courses, two bottles of wine, and a cocktail each, and the total cost came out to just over $50 per person.
