Restaurant very hard, we ordered scallops very over cook, served with wild rice, which was also overcooked, there were also pumpkin orange capers this dish did not work at all, the imagination of the cook and the combination of these aromas did not taste at all, the...next order was fish, the title is always served in pistachios the over my head was so strong that I began to sweat, I changed the place on the table, and even the crème brûlée, standing there, slept the upper layer of the sugar at such high temperature from the lamp

We were in other chop restaurants in alberta, and perhaps had a certain expectation of what the food quality and the personal experience should be for a five star restaurant (based on trips where Steak dinner was averaged $40-50 per participant.) when we arrived after our reservation, the restaurant seemed very empty and there was another person waiting for a table. it was over five minutes before we all saw workers, and then five waiters came out at once. the steaks were cooked as they should have been, but the Bernaise sauce had no taste of butter flavor and no estragon and tasted more like a jammed old sauce. the crab cakes were terrible, and had a conserve crab taste without a clump crab. the flourless chocolate cake tasted old and was not like cake, but rather like he had sat in the refrigerator too long and was wet and old-favoured. the coffee tasted as if it sat too long on the burner. the server asked what we thought, and we expressed our thoughts and they apologised, but no administration came to the table and no adjustment was offered to the bill, although she said she had mentioned our affected. when we asked our waitress what a certain type of steak was, she didn't know and had to ask. When I pointed out that the Bernaisse sauce had no butter or estragon flavor, she did not know what a Bernaise sauce should be. for five star restaurants the owners should taste their employees and understand the eating on the menu. will not return.

We had the best scallops ever with a creamy sauce including olive and capern. escargot with a crusty topping was the appetizer we chose. excellent. my mouth only wateres something about how delicious it was.

That was my first time in this facility, I came for a baptism event. when we arrived, we had a spacious private area that was in comparison to the main dining/restaurant area. the area had sliding doors that could remain open. as free space for natural brise. at the beginning I had the Caesar salad that tasted good. for the net I tried the roasted chicken meat and my elders tried to eat the upper sirloin and the main rib. all our main courses had a good taste. for dessert we had the Mini-New yorker cheesecake with seasonal fruits and the mini-dustless chocolate cake. overall everything tasted good, the service was great and the room had a beautiful modern ambiente.

Went here for dinner and was extremely dissapointed. The service was absolutely horrible. My wife asked for a glass of wine and it did not arrive until after we had finished our French Onion soup. The food was good so we have no complaints there....The property was no where near busy so there was no excuse for the brutal service. weeks ago we ate at Milestones in the Masonville mall and the food was better and the service was 10 times better. We will not eat at another Chop restaurant Tips: GO ELSEWHERE.
