Four Star Pizza Derry Davinci Complex

It used to be fantastic, but in the past two months, the pizza has been nearly burned and has very few toppings. I hope they can resolve these issues because it used to be really good.

I had to revise my review after my recent experience a few months ago. I ordered two 14-inch pizzas tonight, and I was disappointed with the quality. The four cheese pizza was supposed to be packed with cheese, but there was barely any. I'm not a happy customer.

I called the restaurant and spoke to a very pleasant young man. I wanted to let him know that the pepperoni pizza we ordered was burnt to a crisp. He mentioned that they had changed suppliers. However, my son pointed out that the pizza wasn't cooked properly, and the garlic bread pizza was also burnt. The dough balls and pepperoni were charred, leaving only the mozzarella balls edible from our order. We paid £21.50 for those mozzarella balls. We frequently dine at four-star establishments, so we expected better. When the young man went to get the manager for me to speak to, the manager refused to come to the phone, saying he would call me back in five minutes—but I'm still waiting.

Went to order postor and menu offers not available but still in use after I got what I wanted and got home found hair cooked into the food service gone down hill never going back

Absolutely awful. The food was cold when it came. I couldn't even eat the pizza it the chicken wings. Way overpriced. Will never order again
