Dunkin' - Londonderry

I was in there yesterday about 7:30 am and there was this sweet young girl with I think blonde or red ish hair, I had pulled her to the side and asked her to make a new batch of hot coffee because mine tasted weird. She was very polite and did what I had asked almost immediately. She was waiting for the coffee grinder to stop to start it and as she was doing that, the older short woman with black hair started to scream at her and embarrass this poor girl in front of a huge group of people in the lobby, saying how she wasn 't doing anything because the lady fell behind on coffees. The older woman then said something like I 'm older than you little girl to her, Then another girl in the corner started yelling at her too. What an awful morning experience to witness! They both teamed up on her, All because I had asked this girl to make me a new batch and she was doing so. So disappointed in that work environment and how they treated her, I felt terrible for her and immediately apologized to her for making that happen. She looked as if she was ready to burst into tears and told me that it was okay and she was happy to make me a new batch. So thankful for how sweet and compassionate she was, but the other workers need to fix how they treat others.

Best Dunkins EVER!! They are always very friendly and respectful. My coffee some would say it's hard to make but not them. Never a fuss or bad coffee. Morning crew is on point! Love you ladies macchiato girl ?

I only went thru drive thru.The service was very friendly.They were fast and the coffee was made perfectly.

What the hell is this. Second day in a row with this type of cream cheese. The window guy was nice and gave me extra whipped cream on my drink bc he said it was looking sad

The worst food you can get at a dunkin. They rush the food due to them thinking they are overwhelmed with people. The bacon is never good and tastes old as well as not properly cooked.The bagels are just as bad because they quickly throw them in the toaster and use the same terrible bacon. They need to try and eat the food themselves to understand how bad it taste. I hate leaving bad reviews, but in order for things to change, they need it.
