L’onda Lounge - Long Beach

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food is delicious (Ribeye Steak, Veal Chop, Sea Scallops, etc The Hotel Management and staff were wonderful and because of this the bumpy start was transformed into a great experience. We will definitely return.

The whole stay was a failure from room not being ready to no towels, dirty toilets, trash still in room. No one answered the phone ever at the front desk. Staff ignoring you. Lobby was a mess A/C ducts raining down on you. No organization at all asked for a manager was told he is in his office employee went to get him/her he said he was to busy and never came out to support his/her team. I travel a good amount this by far is the worst hotel I ever stayed at.

Very unprofessional bartender. Made a really petty comment about the tip I left and then proceeded to slam the bottle in his hand on the counter. Drinks were fine but the service was just plain childish.

Not worth the money. Beach view room has locked windows so no breeze, and windows were dirty. Mattress is old and uncomfortable. Bathroom is pretty but the furniture in the room was ancient and scratched to bits. You could hear every word spoken in the hallway, so, they could hear you too. The whole place just felt neglected.

Lauren, our server, was professional and very friendly. I frequent this restaurant often since I live nearby. I prefer to visit when she is working, as she always makes me feel welcomed. The views are great all year round. If I were hosting a gathering or event, I would definitely consider this place.
