Staff very friendly and patient with us while navigating the menu and build your own sandwich. Ice cream was great, tasted homemade. Wide variety of cookie flavors as well as ice cream. To add more variety they have toppings like fruity pebbles. Cookie of the day was:Banana chocolate chunk. Ice cream scoops are large. Site is also out of the way of the busy pier village traffic.

Oh my gosh, this place is SOOO GOOD! Ice cream sandwiches are summer staple and now you customize your own ice cream sandwich, or just buy their amazing cookies. This months flavor was lemon glazed cooked, and it left me speechless. I love anything lemon. The cookie had the perfect balance of lemon and glaze. It wasn?t too sweet or tart. The cookie itself was nice a soft in the middle with a nice little crunch on the outside. Solid ice cream flavors that were equally delicious. This is a must

Visited the Baked Bear food truck in Asbury Park today. I had a awesome experience. Was greeted with a smile on the face of the server upon arrival. There were so many choices on the board. It was so difficult to decide which cookie and ice cream to choose. The server did a great job describing the flavors. I decided to pick the cookie of the month called lemon glaze and the seasonal ice cream strawberry shortcake. The worker offered to hot press the ice cream cookie sandwich. It was like the cookies just came out of the oven. The ice cream and cookies were so flavorful. The atmosphere was quaint with a designated picnic table area with strings of twinkle lights and a great view of the ocean. I can?t wait to come back again. I strongly recommend you try it out!
