Friendly down to earth staff. Lovely leafy surroundings. Breakfast was very nice, piping hot too. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Had a lovely stay. Ate in the Dobson restaurant. The food was lovely and staff very pleasant and efficient but the staff opening and shutting the lift with pots was quite annoying as was loud when trying to have a relaxing meal. The spa was relaxing. Overall a lovely stay but would recommend some paint and new carpets in and around the building.
