Papa Johns Pizza - Longview

Did not get what I ordered and could not answer anyone. What they delivered was frozen pizza on a par with Walmart. Never again. Food: 1/5

Nice to give them a second chance (after a disappointing pizza in the month or so back). Last night the order was perfect! Food: 5/5

Very clean and super friendly staff! Pizza was also fresh and delicious!!

Put my order online for large pizza without any problems. My first time with the Loop Store, I'm going to pay and was told 4 more minutes, okay. I saw how many people come and go, I probably ask again 10 minutes later, said it'll be a few more minutes. Long story short that lasts until I request a refund and go to Pizza hat where I should start.

They use an answering service from over seas to place phone orders. The language barrier is awful and it took almost 6 minutes just to order a large pepperoni pizza.
