Carl's Jr. - Los Angeles

I've been visiting this Carl's for years, and today I had the best experience in the drive-thru. I wasn't expecting much, but Oscar was such a laid-back and cheerful person. He made my visit really enjoyable. This is definitely the only location I want to keep coming back to!

I visited the restaurant on Sunday night, February 20th, at 10:00 PM and ordered my usual #7 combo. Before anything else, the staff asked if I needed ketchup, but when my order came, I received cold French fries and lukewarm burgers without any ketchup! I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I won't be returning.

Wow, I just had their number 12 chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely perfect! The flavor was amazing, and you can really tell how much love goes into preparing each meal. Thank you so much! God bless!

The trip thru Lane was packed for new years eve. Everyone thought it was open because it was not blocked, lights were on, etc. Obviously it was closed, but the workers did not tell us so that we waited there as the fools wait for the drive through the speaker. The worst thing is that we had to lower our IN THE RAIN window while we waited to check if someone spoke through the machine. Drove to the window and no one was there. They would have placed at least one cone or sent someone outside to tell us they were closed.

I work for fedex. I come here all the time. Grab my food and go. The one time I come just to use a restroom. A tall chunky, beard guy. They said, No, You have to purchase something to use the restroom. I bought something this morning. A older Mexican lady. Ask me to show them the receipt. Who keeps a receipt from early in the morning. Won't come here anymore. Very bad service for somebody that's been coming here for the last year
