Additionally, I encountered a troubling situation when my son, who has autism, needed to use the restroom. The supposed supervisor, Jocelyn, wouldn’t allow him to urinate on the side of the drive-thru. Their reasoning was that they didn’t want to let people who are homeless use the bathroom, which I find unacceptable. It is illegal for a business not to provide restroom access, especially when customers are purchasing food from them. I am considering legal action against this franchise, as none of the Carl's Jr. locations in LA allow customers to use their restrooms, despite the money we spend. Plus, I had a terrible experience at the Lynwood location, where my teenage daughters were forced to use the men's restroom and a man entered while one of them was inside. This situation is incredibly concerning and needs to be addressed.
