Feedback gevenHowever, when I arrived at the restaurant, the girl seemed confused, as if she hadn’t just spoken to me on the phone. She asked for my receipt, but since I had ordered online, I had thrown it away. I did, however, have the email confirmation. Unfortunately, the new Cinnabons weren’t ready. The employee didn't even place the new order or speak to the manager about my issue. After reviewing the picture I provided, she went off to speak to the manager, who was busy decorating for Christmas. Their discussion seemed to take quite a while. Finally, she returned to tell me that the only thing she could do was provide the icing, since I didn’t have the receipt. This made me feel like I was trying to scam them for free food when all I wanted was some warm Cinnabon rolls. In hindsight, I should have just asked for a refund. Now I’m left with a side of icing and some cold, hard rolls. I don’t blame the girl who helped me; she seemed new. But the manager’s customer service was truly disappointing.
Pizza Hut seems to have fallen behind Domino's in terms of competitive advantage; however, their chicken wings are consistently superior. It's always a good idea to check your pizza order by opening the box and inspecting it, as they sometimes serve a cold, dried-out pizza. The service is decent, but nothing exceptional.
I will never order from here again, and if this is the standard at other Pizza Huts, I won't be ordering from them ever again. They've really declined since the 90s. It's not even worth going into further detail.
They had thin crust signs on the window but when I went inside and asked they laughed and made jokes in Spanish. Embarrassed me in front of 3 other customers. Use to be a big fan.
I ordered a large 3 topping pizza with stuffed crust. Whole pizza had bacon and chicken. Then there was Jalapeños on 1/2 of the pizza. This is the idea of the ?two cooks on the clock? idea of jalapeños. Each slice of pizza had about 10-15 slices of Jalapeño. Nothing from that side was eaten at all what so ever . I believe this act was done because I used a 24$ store credit due to the discrepancy from the first time I ordered. There was a slice eaten from the non jalapeño side, but as you can see all 4 slices with jalapeños are still there . John Carlo or the Manager on the clock at this time offered me yet again another comp meal, but I refused . I will not be ordering from here again.
