Feedback gevenUpon arrival It took a while before someone came to our table to take our order.Other than that the food and drinks were amazing.
Had a girl’s night out! Made a reservation at 9:15 wasn’t seated until 9:50. Placed inside by the patio (doors closed) however it was freezing at the table. We all were shaking, the place started to empty out our drinks and food didn’t arrive yet. We asked to move our table, Told by the first manager “well how are you cold?” he wasn’t any help. Then I went to the main manager he told me “it’s a restaurant and the air conditioning is going to make you cold” that was weird clearly it’s because we are by the door. I walked away and went to cancel my order was told it’s already made. I didn’t want to ruin the mood or night so I just sit down. Fortunately our waitress found us a table away from the door just in time before our food came. It worked out due to our waitress Shay she was a sweetheart, she understood. So please beware of this establishment. They aren’t accommodating, it’s like they forget this is a service industry. Will not recommend.
The driver never rang the doorbell just left food in the ground and could of hung bag on door?
The district is always a vibe Making reservations beforehand is always best as it can get busy during Happy Hour weekend brunch. Portion sizes are always good, prices are decent drinks are pretty strong.
I love the district, but the driver left my food on the floor at a public place and didn 't even sit the bag down nicely.. my items are all shuffled in the bag I texted him 2 mins saying be right out and he has the nerve to tell me communicate next time he didn 't even wait the 5 mins like grub hub said they would.. it only took me 2 mins to reply … poor customer service
