Nothing Bundt Cakes - Los Gatos

Excellent cakes, wonderful service and just very nice people! Christina is just an awesome person and the place just smells like heaven! The red velvet and the chocolate flavors are both delicious, we will try some of the others next time.

I've always loved these cakes but most recently the icing tastes like they use less cream cheese and more powdered sugar. It's not near as good as the original. This location has really poor service. I was waiting in the lobby to order a cake for 10 minutes. I could hear two girls chatting in the back and one lady was waiting that arrived before me. They never came out so I left. Instead of both girls in the back they should have someone up front to help customers and one in back.

Zero Stars. This location wants to charge 25.00 to deliver within the 95118 zip code so that's going to be a no for me. I'll be looking elsewhere to have cupcakes delivered. Nothing Bundt Insane Charges.Seriously, you can order Filet Mignon from a restaurant and still the delivery fee won't be more than that. SMH.

I have bought cakes and cupcakes from this chain in this store and other stores before. this last time I was really confiscated when I got my cake in a bag, no box. I know I got the exact same cake somewhere and it came into a box. the cake I gave was in a cellophane bag. When I asked about the box, I was told that there was an extra 2. I did not buy the box because I did not want to reward the bad service by buying it, but also at this point I did not want to screw the cake through the removal from the bag. When I put my care into the print, the hired person told me that I put it in a box, the frosting would ruin. what do you think happens when you put cake with a soft frosting in a bag? I managed to bring the cake to the birthday party, mostly undamaged, but he had stuck on some places on the bag. the cake was delicious. I'll give you that.

Not tasty. Plain regular cakes, narrow selection, they just mix different tastes but the cakes are overall the same.
