We were a walk in and got the last table. I would highly suggest booking a reservation as there were numerous groups turned away.We started with a half dozen of the small oysters. They were by far the best oysters we have ever had. We had a small order of mussels in the house homemade recipe and an order of the scallops with a garden salad. The mussels were amazing and were enough for two people. The scallop dish was disappointing as we expected more or larger scallops. The dish looks very sad! However, we would still go back for the oysters and local beer! The service was great too!
That is our local visit to the restaurant year for year. the most beautiful views in the most beautiful location on pei. yes, the oysters are phenomenal.
Two nights in a row from my close by campsite at Cabot Provincial Park. The first night I was lucky enough to sit by the window and enjoy dozens of fresh oysters. The second night was mussels. Both nights featured rhubarb crisp. The waitresses were...engaging, bright and attentive. A delightful meal both nights and importantly, I did not feel out of place being a single diner.highly recommended. Reservations accepted. Casual and welcoming.
Stopped in for a dozen large at lunch and definitely weren't disappointed. They were extremely fresh and juicy. And with very green shells - a great sign of freshness. Very small family restaurant so you need to time things right to get a seat - was not a problem for our late lunch. A must visit for oyster fans. Highly Recommended!
