Old Head Ice Cream Parlour Cafe

I went to the outdoor seating area behind the restaurant. It was raining and I ended up getting mud on my shoes. I have no intention of ever returning.

I have been coming to Old Head for years with my children and always enjoy visiting the Old Head Cafe for delicious food and ice cream. I want to express my gratitude to Rachel and Eva for their excellent service this year. The staff is great, especially the young girls who are very helpful. I will miss them, but I am already looking forward to returning next summer. The pizza at the cafe is fantastic, I highly recommend the Club Chicken. It is always a wonderful experience and the staff take good care of their customers. Kudos to the management for having such a dedicated team.

The pizza we got had an actual ball of hair in it...hygiene standards not good here-chef needs to wear gloves and a hair net AT LEAST when making pizza...I won't be eating here again anytime soon.

More fast food than fine dining but that's ok when it's only seasonal. What's not ok is rudeness and poor attitude... not going back!

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a quick hot dog after sailing around Old Head in the morning. The menu includes pizzas, burgers, salads, ice cream, various cakes, and hot and cold drinks. The service was friendly and relatively fast. There is outdoor seating for about 40 people under the trees on a sunny day, and indoor seating for about the same on rainy days. The cafe has expanded its cooking area and now offers a more extensive menu since coming under new management. It is a no-frills, budget-friendly option for a casual meal.
