I have had two bad experiences. I went a few weeks ago and the chicken was bad and sticky. Last night I went again and they didn’t even washed the chicken. And they “forgot “to put ice on my drinks. Who forgets!?. Anyways. I’m never going back there ever again.!

I've eaten at many locations, hundreds of times. Never gotten bad chicken. The very few times I've gotten my order wrong it was quickly resolved and even got offered some free bread, strips, or gallon of tea. Highly recommend for juicy yet crispy chicken strips paired with some great sauce. Oh and their bread is amazing.
