Hibachi Sushi Buffet - Louisville

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Food going bad. Many trays empty. DISGUSTING, DIRTY conditions. Extremely RUDE staff. Bugs on the food, unclean kitchen absolutely filthy disgusting place. YOU ARE WARNED!Food: 1/5

Most food was either cold or steaming hot from the steamer under it. “Charged for food uneaten” without warning. Most food was dry or old, or not much filling in it. And there was a bug in my sushi. I believe it is a flyFood: 2/5

It is very hit or miss on whether the food is going to be fresh or not. On days I visit, it's around the same time, so I'm not comparing noon food to 3pm food. Service is great and the atmosphere is like every other Chinese restaurant. Pretty clean though so there is that.Food: 3/5

I 've always liked going to eat here but haven 't been in a couple of years. To say that it was a complete disappointment is an understatement!! To start off walking in the door there 's a sign that says WARNING: There will be an extra charge for any uneaten food left on plates. This is an ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT BUFFET so where do they get off trying to charge extra when you 're already paying? Second, the food was horrible!!! I got a little bit of all my favs but only ate the spaghetti that was supposed to be lo mein. The food was most likely the food from when they opened. You could tell that it 'd been sitting out all day. We were there for dinner so I 'm sure anyone can imagine how that was. It was so bad I didn 't even try to get a second plate of different foods for that reason. Third, the waiter kept walking past around our table, not to be of service cause he wouldn 't ask if everything was OK or if we needed refills, he kept watching our plates only. Needless to say I will not be going back!! PS I spent that whole evening the next day in out of the restroom. Be cautious if eating here.
