Mcdonald's - Loveland

I reached out to McDonald's and received an email from someone who claimed they had tried multiple times to contact me—through different channels that seemed a bit excessive. Then, I got a call from someone named Lurking, who claimed to be the owner. She acknowledged that I had a negative experience, but when I expressed how bad it was, she simply brushed it off. I requested a refund, but she suggested I either return to the store or receive a gift card instead. I strongly advise against going here. The service is poor, and it seems that neither corporate nor the owner truly cares about customer satisfaction or the quality of their service.

I will not be returning to this restaurant. After we paid for our meal at the first window, the staff member shouted at us as we started to drive away. I think he didn’t realize we had already paid and assumed we were trying to pay again. When we confirmed with the worker at the next window that we had already paid and had our food, it was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, the burgers were disappointing. Overall, I was very upset with the entire experience.

I had bottomless coffee for just a dollar, which was a great deal. I also enjoyed two crispy, juicy sausage egg McMuffins for five bucks. Delicious! However, I noticed that there was no paper towel dispenser in the bathroom, and there wasn’t a trash can either, which made it a bit inconvenient. I did leave behind a little mess, but the Coca-Cola from the fountain was perfectly carbonated and tasty. The prices seem reasonable compared to the past, which is nice, but I was really impressed by how immaculate and spotless everything was. Great job on cleanliness! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience.

Terrible work ethic. I ordered a big mac. more like a big mistake. a disc cheese instead of 2. no secret sauce. please improve their employees. they looked like they threw each in the box.

I ordered online, they didn't give me all my items. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I didn't want to go in there and make a scene so i just went and grabbed my remaining food. Then when i looked in the bag half of it was still missing.
