Feedback gevenWhat in the actual is this?! I couldn't see the menu. You have to select each individual thing to see what is being offered. No customer service because there's no service. The lady had to come around the counter and help anyway, so what's this helping? It took us 15 minutes to learn, navigate, and be able to select what we wanted. We have a large family, and each of us had to go through individually. Ridiculous. HATE this. Legitimately angry.
I had to update my review. After going here for a few years I can say ordering here is like playing the lottery. You never really know what you?re going to get. Literally about 50% of the time they either forget an item I ordered thru the mobile app or they give me the wrong item. It is so frustrating I don't know if I want to cry or punch a pillow. Do I really want to drive 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back home when they get it wrong? And it's not exactly easy to digthru all the items when you order for a family while you are sitting there in the drive-thru line. McDonalds almost NEVER gets orders wrong and I've gone there a lot. Same with Arby's, Burger King, Braum's. What needs to change? I don'tknow. Maybe they need new management. They have a new location now. It looks nicer.
The employees didn't care if we ordered our food, on the machine, no menu on the wall, the employees didn't know how to work the machine to place an order. They just stood there, like they were more lost than we were... We left, ate McDonald's.. you lost at least a 30.00 order, for 5 people in our family.. bring back the menu, hire people who know what to do to take an order. I'm sure we aren't the only customers they have lost due to your employees that didn't haveknowledge of the machines to order on...This store employees need a new manager, District manager, or Regional manager, you're loosing money there,,, hope you get better....
