Wendy's - Lowell

Just got Dave's single and sm fry. Disgusting. The French fries were dry as cardboard and cold. And I think they took the cheese out of the fridge and threw it on my hamburger. Wasn't melted at all. Waste of money.

They are a hit or a miss from this Wendy's. My nuggets are always soggy. They have messed up hamburgers before. Though if you go to eat inside they are delicious and nice.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped my son on Tuesday 4th July 2023 for an interview scheduled at 2:50 pm (Wendy’s Roger St. Lowell, MA). My son was there at 2:40 and introduced himself to the cashier at the counter and requested to see the manager for the interview. My son was there from 2:40 pm and up until 3:10, No one came to check on him. A customer noticed my son, inquired if he was there for an interview and reached out to the cashier to get him assisted. The only assistance my son got was an inquiry for his name and his age. The website also seems to have false information. Clearly that was not a good place for him to work.

Jan 10, 23. Ordered 2 combos. Fries were burnt, extra crunchy and cold. Terrible! At 630pm on a Tuesday..It’s peak dinner hours. The fries should have been hot and not over cooked. Whoever was on the fry station should be ashamed they even scooped these up for anyone to eat. I only let my dog eat 1 they were so bad.
