The Country Bakehouse - LOXTON

My daughter has been traveling for almost a year and is currently working on a farm in Loxton. I wanted to make her birthday special, and The Country Bakehouse helped me do just that! It was easy to arrange a beautiful cake and sandwiches, which Tim delivered to my daughter. Thank you so much for making her day all the way from the other side of the world through the Internet and email. It was all wonderful.

The best chicken and mushroom pies in South Africa. We always buy them in bulk and take them home to enjoy until our next trip to Loxton. The sausage rolls are also amazing!

I always go to the Country Bakehouse when I'm in the riverland. Great coffee and Fantastic food. I love the plain pie and the pastie roll, but I will happily mix it up. Pictures of a beef cheese and bacon pie with a pastie roll.

I went there this morning for a dirty chai. The coffee was excellent. A large range of cakes to choose from. The staff were friendly. It's clean and tidy. Call in for a drink and a nibble, you won't regret it.

Popped in for a coffee but didn’t realize how delish it is! Lots of freshly baked goodies, bread and desserts. Coffee is delish and strong, probably one of the best coffee in town/ neighbour of towns in the area. I ordered the daily special of the Bruschetta, only $7.50 and it was huge!! Love love love. Plenty of seating with the booths, great for workers stopping by with laptop. Each booth has a PowerPoint also.
