Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Lubbock

Hmm.... I am not sure which is worst the fact that I thought I would get a decent meal from this new location 25 minutes before closing, or that the crew that night did not care about the product that they pushed out because they were too focused to leaving for the night. The burger below was burnt, please view the pictures for proof. Also, the bacon was so old, that it was literally stuck together since it had probably spent hours not being moved. The fries were obviously refried since they were stale and overly brown. This is not acceptable especially since Braum's literally sales the same meat products in their store that they cook. This is money wasted. I do not understand how a new location can be doing so poorly compared to the others.

I never get grocery store ice cream anymore. I always get it at Braum's! My latest combination is peanut butter cup and banana nut bread. Their cookies and muffins are both great as well and everything is reasonably priced.

I've been looking forward to reading at Braums ever since heading they moved further south. This location was utterly disappointing. The store wasn't clean, no one was working on cleaning, but several employees were standing around chatting behind the counter. And the flies were horrible! I get it flies are bad everywhere, but there could've been less attracted to the building with a better cleaning habit!

Great staff. Food is always good. Wish their chicken strips were bigger than skinny fingers, but I could look past that. Honestly the only reason I don 't rate it a 5 is because this location doesn 't have a changing table in the restroom. Not the men 's or women 's. And any patent knows the struggle of going out to eat with a family and needing to change a diaper before, during, or after a meal. It 's no fun. Now add in the problem of no changing table and it makes an already inconvenient situation into more of a pain. Especially when you go to a family restaurant and expect to see a changing table in the restroom. Rant aside, everything else about this place is great, especially the staff! They are really nice and friendly.
