Smoking Joe's #2 - Lubbock

My experience was good. that was one of their hamburgers. it does not contain any french as the cost extra. the burger was about 4. to french added, they pay about 5,50-6.00 I ordered a medium dr. pepper, which was a very good value. it was great. I think about 32 ounces. the group I was with had commanded a few and so I didn't give them 5 stars. I ordered ridicule, but they didn't get on my reception, so the order was a bit a challenge. that was my first time eating here. most people think about this place to get a snow cone. but they have many choices for burger, burritos, Mexican food etc. try it worth. location indiana and 34.

20 mins for 3 shaved ice. My shaved ice came out wrong. I went and took it back . got it wrong again. When i went back the 3rd time, the lady kept making me sound like i ordered the wrong thing when i clearly said pickle with lime salt and chile. So 45 mins later i still paid full price and was told it was my fault

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place earned one. So the selection looked good, we ordered two shaved ice cups and it came out to $15. Ok but I hoped it was good. I mean one had ice cream and the other had cucumbers. Then they took 30 min to make them, eh it's Sunday and they're busy. I get it. Then we get the snowcones and that was it. They barely had any syrup. The icecream was a scoop on top of a mound of ice, not even mixed in ready to become a huge mess. I barely got any cucumbers. They need to step up their game.

Horrible service waited to damn long for a chicken strip basket that wasn’t even good!

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I walked to the counter and the person that was at the register walked away. They forgot my hole order and I had to remind them 3 times until they finally got it out.while I was ordering the cashier kept interrupting me to tell me about messages on his telephone. Food was great. Don’t recommend going thru the lobby.
