Whataburger - Lubbock

Employees were really nice and friendly. my enkelin and I didn't have to wait for our food for long. the espant and the toilets in the facility were extremely clean. I don't eat much here, but if I do, this is my choice here in lubbock because of the personal and cleanliness.

The thing that I have at whataburger is their hamburgers are always fresh and hot cooked from the grill, there is only a little extra tasty over a fresh hot and juicy meat patty compared to one that was cooked and then kept warm until they order. my favorite is her green chile cheeseburger. today, when I stayed in it, it was a little after the big lunch break and a special worker called phillip was in the etagens. I have placed my order with the energetic person on the theke and picked up a stand on the opposite side of the restaurant, from where phillip worked I did not want to screw up his just chopped floors). most people sorta just sling a wet mop to ensure that the floor gets wet, but phillip cared for getting spots under all tables and hard to get. he worked his way to mine and when he approached mine, I asked him if I should move. he was exceptionally polite and told me no, should never be harassed by a customer and he continued over his business. I appreciated the job he did and how he respected the customers. I felt better to eat there for phillip, which is a great example.

Busy whole time I was there. Cashier was older gentleman. Both he and runner came into dining area and asked if orders were correct. Free hamburger coupon explained. One person wiping tables as soon people vacated them. When I am in Lubbock, I will use them again.

Awesome jalapeno cheeseburger. Fries we're crisp, nice, and hot. Great service. New guy was working the window, so it took a lil bit, but he was cordial and tried his best.

We had a great experience here this morning. We came on a day when this location had several employees call in sick, but even with only 3 workers, they never seemed stressed, and they remained courteous and kind! I always appreciate how clean this location is. There are several locations in Lubbock, but this one is one of the best. Always consistent and always good food!
