I've been coming to this place since the day it opened and the evolution has been amazing. The introduction of vegetarian dishes is not to be considered as a distortion of their initial philosophy, but rather as an opening to a wider audience eager to experiment, like me who eats meat and fish, with recipes, ingredients and combinations to which I am not accustomed. This is why the menu deserves 5 stars. I ate an appetizer that included a Mornay sauce, which requires technique to be balanced. First course with smooth and homogeneous onion cream, not grainy or broken down. High level service, the waiter who followed me throughout the dinner had the foresight to explain the dishes to me and recommend the wine by the glass uncorked at the moment. 5 stars because moreover it is young. Tasteful and refined environment, in unison with the external environment despite the absence of the beautiful Orangerie (certainly not by the owner's will). Clean, tidy and quiet open kitchen. To try and try again.

I was there for an aperitif... very nice atmosphere and friendly staff... the aperitif didn't excite me... the spritz was a little too watered down... it's a shame. Price per person: €1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

More positive experience than my expectations! Beautiful and well-kept environment, excellent service, everyone was very kind and courteous, but the best thing was the food!
