Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room. When I requested housekeeping, they merely made the bed and replenished toiletries without changing or tidying the towels. The window was very dirty, and the air conditioning blasted freezing air with no way to adjust it, leaving us shivering. Their solution was simply to turn it off! We then moved to room 1012, which was much better, although the window was even dirtier. There was also a missing lamp, and while the room felt a bit dark—this was fine for us, but might not suit everyone—the air conditioning worked well this time. Breakfast offered a good variety of international cuisine, although I must admit it might not cater well to Filipinos given our typical food preferences, as there were no fried eggs or hotdogs. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it appeared rather small for a hotel of this size, and having the smoking area right next to it could be a drawback. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, though I did notice a tendency to favor guests who spoke the local language, often turning their backs on foreigners. I understand that being bilingual can be challenging, but they might want to be mindful of body language and avoid turning their backs on any guest in the same party. The hotel’s location next to Centrio is a plus. The bed was very comfortable, with two pillows provided for each guest, and the in-room safe was user-friendly. Fresh complimentary toiletries were provided daily, and the shower was excellent. Overall, considering the price, I think it’s a decent option. While it may not stand up to the Limketai, it's worth noting that their prices are different, so it’s not a fair comparison. The view varies depending on which side of the hotel you’re on—room 902 faces the city, while room 1012 offers a view of the hills.
On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently situated next to Centrio Mall and Robinsons. If you're willing to take a 10 to 15-minute walk, you can also get to SM Mall.
This is our second time staying at the Seda Hotel, and it feels very welcoming. The receptionist and the staff are excellent. We were able to use the amenities freely, which was a great experience.
I had a wonderful stay! The facilities were great, and it was conveniently located near Centrio Mall. I appreciated how all the staff greeted me and acknowledged my presence...
I absolutely love this place! It's one of the best restaurants I've ever visited. I highly recommend it to everyone. The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is especially wonderful!
