Murauerhutte - Lutzmannsdorf

Cozy atmosphere, fast and friendly service, good and plentiful eating to moderate trips

The alpenvereinshütte lying above murau on almost 1,600 m was the starting point for our beautiful bribe of the frauenalpe (almost 2,000 m high.) to the hut you can drive with the car and there are plenty of free parking.And after the hike: pleasant rest on the shaded terrace of the hut, with a lot of „Schmäh“ from the hüttenwirt eddy looked after (and also eaten). we have eaten only coffee and meal, but our friends have chosen from the rich menu among other things sponge roast and home sausage. everything has been tasted excellent, we have been attentively cared for, and if we are happy to climb the magnificent women's Alps again – we will gladly return here again!

As a starting point for family hikes, this hut is perfect. there are also sufficient parking spaces available. after a very nice and extensive hike we have made a snap here. on the terrace and inside it is cozy. the selection of drinks and meals is very good for a mountain hut. the service is loving and friendly; the quality of the food excellent. you can only recommend this hut! we like to come back.

The murauerhütte is a real family excursion destination.Super to hike even with small children. great grounded eating in the hut with a large children's playground to the extinction.The people of the host still have the right taste!
