The waiter has excellent service and the food was amazing as well,and we did not have to wait at all to be seated or to order our food.The waiter as well as excellent customer service.
Great experience every time we come here, from burgers to the braised short ribs and the lobster rolls, nothing like a cold beer at the bar. Best bartenders around. Quality food reasonable prices.
Have always loved the 99. Been to the Lynnfield location twice this week. First time was with a large group, service was slow and they got a few things wrong but that's okay since it was a large group and everything was quickly fixed. Today was with just a party of 2. Service was slow again and the server got a couple things wrong but most importantly messed up the change on the bill not once but twice. When it came time to pay I handed the waitress a $25 gift card and a $100 bill, I had not seen the check but all we got was 2 burgers so the bill should have only been around 40 dollars. She comes back and hands us $53 in change. I said can I see the check no way that meal was 73 dollars. After she disappeared for a long time she came back and handed me a $20 bill and said sorry I forgot to do the gift card (the $25 gift card) so I she shorted me $25 then shorted me $5. I didn't feel like waiting any longer or explaining to the waitress how to do basic math but a business cannot employ a woman that is going to short people on change and then when asked to fix it short them some more due to horrible elementary math skills.
