Arby's - Macon

Came to the drive thru today 6/17/22 at 7:15pm. Had a coupon. The coupon did NOT reflect on my bill. HOWEVER, after I called the manager (can't remember her name) she VERY KINDLY asked me to return. Not only did she correct my concern. She made me laugh. She made it pleasant for me. To top it off there was only 3 employees (that I seen) and all were ladies and they was busy! (it is Friday lol) The cook came around smiled and asked if everything was ok making sure she did her job correctly without any attitude. I watched the cook ask the manager and the lady at the drive thru if they needed help with anything. This has to be the BEST customer service I've had in Macon YET and I've been here 4 years now! So thank you Arby's on Riverside for making my day so much better just by having AMAZING customer service from the front of house to the back of house. I will be calling corporate to tell them how happy I was with the Arby's in MACON, GA! THANK YOU!!!

Arrived today at 19:15 a.m. in the drive. had a good ticket. the voucher did not reflect on my bill. however, after I called the manager (can not remember their names) she asked me to return. not only did she correct my care. She made me laugh. she made it pleasant to me. to complete it, there were only 3 employees (which I have seen) and all were damen and they were busy! (It is Friday night) the chef came to smile and asked if everything was in order to make sure that they did their job right without any employment. I saw the cook the manager and the dame on the car thru asking if they needed help with everything. that must be the best customer service I had in macon yet, and I've been here for 4 years! so thanks arby’s on riverside that I make my day so much better, only by amazing customer service from the front of the house to the back of the house. I call to tell them how happy I was with the arby’s in macon, ga! thank you.
