Subway - Madison

This place has great food for subway, but AVOID CONNIE. She handled my sandwich without washing her hands or changing her gloves from cleaning. She also yelled at a much younger employee, and left her hanging with a line. It took so long to get my sandwich that I actually had to leave and go back to work without eating lunch since I work in the medical field, and get very strict lunch breaks. Seriously I actually WANT people to meet Connie so they know how bad she is for this place. We need people to speak up

Service was good as was food although my sandwich got toasted in error and she said she would redo it if I didn't like it (I didn't) I felt terrible wasting food but couldn't tolerate toasted Italian sub. We walked in and there is only one person up front helping others so we waited for her to finish in hopes to place an order. When she finished with her customers she then turned to a second employee who was waiting around the corner and started talking. Never offered to ask us if we needed anything nor even acknowledge our presence after looking straight at us. Then makes eye contact as we are walking out the door and still never offers to help us.
