Listen I understand they are short staffed but lawd they take forever. I still go because the smoothies are so so good.
I have been coming to this tropical smoothie location for a few years now. And just this past 2 weeks has been the worst service I’ve had since the opening. On Wednesday 11/02/2022 I walked in to place my order. The cashier say what you want and then says anything thing else you want? With the expression on her face and voice tone. Like She didn't want to be there.. I don't know if she plan on getting a promotion or raise. She does not deserve. I didn't even ask for a military discount because the way she was representing the franchise she work for (UNACCEPTABLE AND UNAPPRECIATED)!!!!!!!
I have been coming to this tropical smoothie location for a few years now. And just this past week has been the worst service I’ve had since the opening. On Wednesday 07/20/2022 I placed a mobile order at 7:15am and went to pick the order up at 7:25am. When I got there, they’re were closed and no one was in the building even though the hours on the door, google, Facebook, and the mobile app said they opened at 7am. I tried calling the storing and it took over 30 minutes to finally get someone on the phone to try and cancel my order and to get back my money. The employee who answered the phone said that she had just got there and there wasn’t any way she could cancel my order. Instead the employee took down my name so I could come back later in the week to get my smoothie and flatbread. Well come around on Friday(07/22/2022) around lunch time I was finally able to go back to the store to try and to get my order again. But by the time I stood in line and waited for my smoothie and flatbread after it took them 35 minutes to make both of them. Which has been the longest I’ve ever had to wait for them to make anything. I hope management is aware of the situation that their employees aren’t showing up to work on time or they need to fix their hours to open later in the day since they don’t want to come in that early. All I can say is at least they made everything correctly and I hope they can fix their internal issues going on within their business.
Took 30 minutes to get my food and smoothie and ended up with half an avocado in the middle of the smoothie. In their defense, the smoothie has avocado in it, but something tells me this isn’t how it is supposed to be served.
