Vintage Brewing Co. Capitol East

We both ordered fish — fried cod served with sidewinder fries, and Bluegill accompanied by sautéed spinach. The portions of both fish dishes were generous and flavorful, featuring a nice batter and juicy fish. The small cup of coleslaw was mostly full, but it provided a much-needed contrast to the fried dishes. However, the spinach portion was quite small. While we enjoyed our meals overall, we both agreed that it would be a one-time experience for us.

On Saturday at 12:30, I decided to stop by and check out this restaurant that looked promising. It wasn’t busy, and the host instructed us to seat ourselves in the bar area, which we did. The bartender came over with menus but never returned to take our order. Instead, we watched her socialize with other customers, clean glasses, watch TV, and walk past us at least six times without acknowledging us. We received no water, no eye contact, and no service whatsoever. After sitting there for 18 minutes with no one attending to us, we left. On our way out, I informed the smiling host that we had not received any service and decided to leave. Unfortunately, there were no comments, offers, or apologies from the host—nothing at all. We won’t be coming back.

This brewery offers a more upscale experience than typical ones. They have a great selection of unique beers as well as traditional options. If you're not a beer fan, they also serve cocktails.

Everyone was awesome from the host to the waiter, The food is great even if I only get the nachos every time. Huge selection of beer that is delicious. I would have posted more pictures but I ate it too fast ??

Got the bluegill fish fry. Fish was very good. The coleslaw was disgusting, I spit it out. The coleslaw had zero flavor, I'd have preferred they not even include it.$1.50 per dipping sauce is insulting. Do better.
