Subway - Madisonville

The two ladies working there this evening really knew their stuff. Handled a long line and the drive thru with speed and efficiency. I'll stop here again.

Every employee is super nice great customer service

I went there for my first time at 6pm. I was the only customer. I ordered my sandwich and gave him my coupon and he told me that they lose money on the coupon so they don't accept them. My sandwich was over $11 which would have been okay if it had been very good. I got it home and discovered the bread was very old. It was to hard to eat. The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were green. I eat my sandwiches dry due to allergies so I rolled the small amount of turkey and ate it. Never did find the cheese. I will never return to this location!!

The service here is wonderful and the friendly lady Beth was very helpful!

This place really needs to be evaluated professionally! The service and Quality of the food is unacceptable. There is no reason for it to look as if a toddler made my sandwich!
