La Piadineria - Madonna della Scoperta

I wanted to create a Mortadella, parmesan and rocket but with sadness and amazement I discover that mortadella is not among the available ingredients So I fall back on the classic raw ham, squacquerone, rocket. I order via the app convinced that I will have to wait at the collection point but then I discover that I still have to go and get the receipt first (obviously no warning of this process via the app). They give me a piadina with raw ham sliced really too thick (which has become cooked while waiting) and with only a few miserable salad leaves instead of rocket. Overall, the filling is poor and absent in spots. Floppy pasta. Strongly not recommended.

I have been eating your piadina ordered mainly via the app for years and I have always been super satisfied. Punctual, kind and the piadina always hot and excellent. Highly recommended. General rudeness of the staff and hygiene worthy of complaint. Wraps prepared by the same people who clean or handle money without washing their hands. When preparing the sweet piadina I literally saw the girl preparing the piadina take the Nutella with the spoon and then use her finger to remove the Nutella from the spoon! You deserve a complaint, but you're lucky because I will just NEVER return Service: Take out

It is inconceivable to ask for a tissue to clean the table and have it refused! I come here, I'll pay you €27 for 3 piadinas, ok you make me eat without cutlery, and ok you deliver 1 napkin per person only and if I ask you for one to clean the oil-stained table ALONE for my baby to sit on you tell me it's not possible to have it. I'M SAYING THAT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE!! When will we as consumers start to refuse to be led by the nose in this way?? EATING HERE WAS HUMBLING
